Shift Manager - Cash Transport & Team Leadership

Loomis UK in Birmingham is seeking an experienced Shift Manager to join our branch's team, overseeing daily operations and ensuring customers receive the highest standards of service.

You will lead Delivery Drivers and Vault Operatives, manage rosters, drive safety, efficiency and cost-effectiveness, and promote our Customer First approach across the branch. This is a hands-on role requiring strong leadership and a commitment to integrity.
