Shift Maintenance Lead - FMCG Reliability & TPM

Suntory Holdings Limited in Ireland seeks a Shift Maintenance Engineer to coordinate the maintenance team, drive planned maintenance activities, and deliver key safety, quality, performance, cost, and people development metrics.

You will lead a multi skilled team, ensure safe working practices, support SAP maintenance modules and process automation, conduct root cause analysis, and embed TPM pillars such as Autonomous and Planned Maintenance.
