Shift Leader: Drive Great Service & Shop Standards

Greggs plc in Wales is hiring a Shift Manager to lead daily operations, supervise the team and ensure excellent customer service across in-shop, delivery, Click + Collect and drive-thru channels. You'll step in when the Store Manager isn't available and keep the shop performing at its best.

You'll inspire and motivate colleagues, maintain high standards, manage product preparation and ovens, keep displays stocked, and ensure the shop looks clean and welcoming.
