Shift Leader, Building Services & M&E Maintenance

BGIS is seeking a Deputy Shift Leader to supervise a shift team and ensure delivery of planned preventative maintenance and reactive works on site in London. You will manage work orders through the CAFM system, coordinate with the client, and ensure safety and quality across M&E plant.

This role requires hands-on supervision, experience in building services, and the ability to work continental shifts (07:00-19:00 and 19:00-07:00). A strong focus on safe operations and documentation is essential.
