Shift Leader: 30h/wk, Flexible Shifts, Great Service

The Beacon is seeking a proactive Shift Manager to help run the shop in the manager's absence. You'll lead the team to deliver great food and a warm, friendly welcome across shop, delivery, Click + Collect and drive thru channels.

In this permanent role for 30 hours per week, you'll inspire the team to maintain high standards, deliver excellent service, and support a diverse, inclusive workplace. Flexibility to discuss shift patterns at interview is appreciated.
