Shift Leader - Real-Time Production Owner

NDE Solutions is seeking two Shift Leaders for Venn Place, Cullompton to own shift performance and ensure safe, efficient production aligned with the plan. You will support Operators and Team Leaders to uphold safety, quality, output and delivery, and lead real-time decisions to protect flow.

Key duties include real-time performance monitoring, handovers, issue escalation, and maintaining standards. A proactive, collaborative leader mindset is essential for success and continuous improvement.
