Shift Leader - Lead a Fast, Customer-First Retail Team

Greggs plc in Warwick is seeking a Shift Manager to help run the shop when the Manager isn't on duty, inspiring the team and delivering excellent customer service across in-shop, delivery, Click & Collect and drive-thru channels.

You will lead by example, ensure displays are stocked, keep the shop clean and presentable, and prepare fresh products such as sandwiches and oven items while supporting colleagues to achieve great results.
