Shift Leader - Drive Guest Experience & Team Growth

German Doner Kebab is seeking a shift manager to lead a team, drive revenue and maintain brand standards. You will control shifts, guide staff, manage costs and ensure guest satisfaction with consistent, high-quality service.

Experience with openings is helpful but not essential. You will train and develop your team, uphold safety and hygiene standards, and create a welcoming guest experience that reflects the GDK brand.
