Shift Lead (Part-Time) - Customer Focus & Store Ops

B&Q Huddersfield is seeking a Shift Lead to help run a safe and welcoming store environment. You will oversee shifts, deploy colleagues, and be the first point of contact for customers and staff, driving a great experience every day. This is a keyholder position with early starts (5am) and late finishes (10pm).

You will lead by example, ensuring compliance and a smooth operation, while supporting the team to deliver excellent service and a store customers love to shop in.
