Shift Lead: Logistics & Safety - Chemical Plant

Solenis is seeking a proactive Lead Operator Logistics for our Bradford, West Yorkshire site. In this hands-on leadership role you will be the senior operator on shift, guiding operations, supporting your team and ensuring safety and efficiency in a high-hazard environment.

You will drive operational excellence, mentor operators, coordinate product flow, respond to alarms and uphold EHS policies while delivering targets and maintaining quality across the site.
