Shift Lead: Inspire & Lead Store Teams

B&Q Holywood Exchange is seeking a Shift Lead to help customers and colleagues across busy store floors in Holywood, Northern Ireland. The role supports leadership across shifts from early mornings to evenings, collaborating with Department Managers to drive service, stock availability and store presentation.
