Shift Lead, Family Services & House Operations

Ronald McDonald House in the United Kingdom is seeking a Family Services Assistant to lead on shift operations, uphold RMH standards and provide compassionate support to families during challenging times.

You will welcome families, conduct house tours, manage day to day activities, coordinate volunteers and ensure safeguarding and confidentiality are maintained in line with policy. The role combines frontline care with operational oversight.
