Shift Lead: Customer-First Retail Leader

Greggs in Bicester (43/45 Sheep Street) is hiring a Shift Manager to join our retail team. You'll be part of the management team, looking after the shop when the Manager isn't around, energising the team and ensuring customers have a brilliant experience whether they order in store or online.

Typical shifts include leading by example, serving customers fast and friendly, preparing products (including sandwiches) and managing the ovens, keeping displays stocked and the shop tidy.
