Shift Lead: Customer Experience & Store Ops

Blacks is seeking a Supervisor to support the smooth running of the shop floor and deliver the high service standards our customers expect. You will lead by example, guide colleagues during each shift, and help maintain strong levels of customer service, presentation and store performance.
