Shift Lead: Café Operations & Service

Marks & Spencer Plc is seeking a frontline colleague to lead the fill operation and coordinate resources to keep the store ready to trade. You will coordinate tasks, demonstrate strong customer service, and support the Colleague Manager to drive performance.

This role is frontline and demanding but offers opportunities for growth within store operations. You will be required to be an on-site presence, including responsibilities around opening and closing the store.
