Shift Lead & Keyholder: Inspire Your Store Team

B&Q Brighton is looking for a Shift Lead to join our team in-store. This full-time role is a keyholder position with shifts from 5am to 10pm, guiding colleagues and delivering excellent customer service.

You'll work closely with Department Managers to develop, inspire and motivate your team, ensuring daily operations run smoothly and customers receive great service. Training and progression are supported in our welcoming retail environment.
