Shift Lead - Part Time, Pension & 6.6 Weeks Holiday

B&Q Limited in Wellingborough is seeking a Shift Lead on a part-time basis (18.5 hours per week) to help manage daily store operations and guest experience. This keyholder role requires early starts and late finishes within a 5am-10pm window, delivering safe and welcoming shopping and working environment.

You will lead a small team, deploy colleagues effectively, and act as first point of contact for customers and staff, while upholding store standards and policy across shifts.
