Shift Engineer: Lean Mfg & Continuous Improvement

Unilever is seeking a Shift Engineer for the Port Sunlight Factory to sustain line performance through preventive maintenance, safety, and continuous improvement. You will drive 5S, WCM mindset, and fast response to outages while coordinating with maintenance teams and production leads.

You'll be accountable for maintaining quality procedures, reducing waste, and supporting Kaizen initiatives to improve efficiency and cost. This role is full-time, onsite at Port Sunlight.
