SHEQ & Compliance Leader - Drive QMS & Safety in Manufacturing

MorePeople is seeking a proactive SHEQ Manager to lead the site's quality, health, safety and environmental agenda in Lancashire. You will drive ISO 9001, 14001 and 45001 frameworks, oversee audits and supplier / customer compliance, and mentor a Quality Administrator.

Reporting to the Operations Director, you'll partner with operations, supply chain and finance to embed continuous improvement, proactive risk management and a strong SHEQ culture across the SME site.
