We're supporting a leading civil engineering and infrastructure services provider to recruit a SHEQ Advisor supporting operations. This role involves ensuring the highest standards of safety, health, environment, and quality while supporting ongoing projects and new business acquisitions.

The successful SHEQ Advisor will:

• Support site teams by conducting safety inspections, risk assessments, and audits to improve safety standards.
• Engage with workforce to promote safety awareness and operational compliance.
• Investigate incidents, near-misses, and support the development of corrective actions.
• Assist in the implementation of environmental and quality management systems.

The successful candidate will have:

• NEBOSH General Certificate or equivalent.
• Proven experience working within utilities, telecoms, or infrastructure sectors.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and team collaboration skills.
