One day agricultural Show based in the heart of the Wealden countryside. Held annually in May. It showcases arts and crafts, a flower exhibit, farmers market traders, vintage tractors and steam engines, as well as competitions and events in a packed schedule located on Tottingworth Farm in Broad Oak.
This year's event takes place on Saturday the 23th May.
About this opportunityWe are seeking someone to assist us with our Sheep & Pig committee as secretary. In this role you will help the committee plan this great section of the Show with four meetings a year, manage exhibitor bookings, and help answer any questions exhibitors may have.
Show DayThen come Show Day, on Saturday 23 May 2026, you'll be assisting with prizes and results. Knowledge of sheep and pigs would be great, but it's not essential. IT experience will be required.
Logistics- You will need to have your own computer and printer; all agreed stationery expenses will be paid.
- This position is conducted remotely with the exception of in-person meetings and the show day, and is highly flexible with the hours you choose.
- The four Show meetings are held in the evenings, either in person in Heathfield, or online via Teams.
- We are looking for someone to start immediately.
- IT experience is required.
- Knowledge of sheep and pigs is helpful but not essential.
- Self-motivated with the ability to manage exhibitor bookings and respond to enquiries.
