SHE Manager - Site Safety & Compliance Lead

BRUSH Group is seeking a Senior SHE Manager to promote a strong health and safety culture across Scotland, focusing on civils and M&E on site. You will ensure compliance with current legislation, uphold SHE standards, and drive KPI targets while coordinating with site teams and contractors.

The role involves developing SHE standards for projects as Principal Contractor/contractor, supporting managers to maintain compliance and achieving high safety performance across the BRUSH portfolio.
