SHE Manager - Precision Machining, Early Finish

Owen Daniels is seeking an experienced Safety, Health & Environmental (SHE) Manager to lead HSE activities within its aerospace precision fabrications site in Castle Donington. You will own site-wide HSE responsibilities and collaborate with the MD to foster a strong safety culture.

The role requires a NEBOSH/IOSH qualification and a minimum of five years of manufacturing HSE experience, with hands-on audits, KPI reporting, and continuous improvement across production and maintenance teams.
