SHE Lead - Onsite New Manufacturing Plant (ISO 45001/14001)

Rheinmetall is establishing a new production site in Telford and seeks a Lead SHE Advisor to establish health, safety and environmental standards across the UK Gun Hall. You will work with production to implement processes and documentation that support compliant manufacturing.

You will lead the development and deployment of ISO 45001/14001 aligned systems, perform risk assessments, audits and KPI reporting, and provide training and guidance to managers and shop-floor staff.
