SHE Advisor

SES Engineering Services are looking for a SHE Advisor to join our team, focusing on high profile, technically complex mechanical and electrical projects across multiple sectors.

Our SHE Advisor's are a valuable part of our business, and their role will encompass professional SHE support, advice and coaching at regional business level, engaging with Project Teams, Ops Directors and supply chain peers to ensure the business SHE policy and operating framework is promoted and effectively deployed. The role provides a certain level of autonomy and so the successful candidate must be comfortable managing their own workload with excellent time management and computer skills.

As our SHE Advisor you will:
  • Provide advice and guidance on all SHE policies and procedures
  • Work with the Senior Leadership within SES to ensure the business SHE policy and operating framework is promoted and effectively deployed
  • Manage own workload effectively
  • Liaise with Site teams to ensure all HSE on site is up to date and policies in place.
  • Communicate with a number of teams with the SES business to effectively put in place HSE standards.
