Share Schemes Tax Assistant Manager - Top Firm

We are recruiting for a Top accountancy firm that is investing in its Share Schemes and Incentives practice and looking to bring in an experienced specialist.

The role focuses on advising business owners, entrepreneurs and growing companies on employee share ownership and incentive arrangements, including EMI, CSOP, growth shares and wider equity-based reward structures.

There is a strong advisory element, with opportunities to work on business transactions, management incentives, company reorganisations and exit planning, alongside Corporate Tax, Private Client and Transaction Advisory specialists.

The firm has ambitious plans to develop this area of its tax practice, providing an opportunity to take greater ownership of client relationships, influence the direction of the service and build your profile within the wider business.
