Job Description
The Settlement Officer is a key element to ensure: Settlement Officer - M/F Mission:
- Settlement of equities, bonds, structured products and investment funds transactions.
- Monitoring of pending transactions.
- Control and monitoring positions.
- Contact with traders, custodians and counterparties.
- Respect the process and its implementation in relation to operational requirements and volumes as directed by the bank.
- The complete flow of a transaction
- The parties involved on the market (counterparties, custodians, clearing, companies)
- Financial instruments (equities, bonds, structured products, investment funds)
- Good management priorities and ability to deal with sensitive situations
- CFC bank or equivalent
- Ability to work within a team
- French/English
- MS Office / banking software / Swift
- Knowledge of Omgeo and Euclid is a plus
- Swiss Residence
