- Lead engaging, inclusive workshops and courses.
- Work alongside co facilitators, and community engagement volunteers to ensure sessions reflect both lived and professional expertise.
- Support participants in building confidence and skills for wellbeing and mental health recovery.
- For sound and other body based sessions, hours will reflect additional preparation, equipment requirements, and professional input, i.e. more than the time spent delivering the session.
When we schedule courses, we recognise that delivery involves more than just the time spent in front of a group. Additional hours are built into the schedule for planning, preparation, and set up so sessions run smoothly and facilitators feel prepared.
For example:
- A 4 week wellbeing course will include time allocated for course planning and preparation, which is separate from delivery.
- Each session includes time for set up, debrief, and pack up, in addition to the actual delivery time.
- Example:
A 2.5 hour session might include an additional 2 hours for set up, preparation, and pack up, plus extra hours for course planning and review.
Applications close on 25 th January 2026; all applicants will be contacted on week commencing 2 nd February with the outcome of their application.
