As Services Manager for Food Services, you'll be at the heart of driving category growth and managing strategic supplier relationships that deliver great services to our customers. Using best practice procurement and category management techniques, you'll develop and manage end-to-end strategies that align with both our business ambitions and evolving customer needs.
What you'll be doing:
Leading the development of Food Services categories to support ambitious growth and expansion.
Building strong supplier relationships to drive commercial benefit and competitive advantage.
Creating and delivering unified category strategies in line with consumer demand and market trends.
Working closely with stakeholders across the business to deliver high-quality, profitable, and customer-focused services.
Managing projects and procurement processes, ensuring legal compliance and best practice.
You'll be a strategic thinker who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about creating value through great supplier partnerships. You'll also have:
Strong knowledge of procurement best practice, category management, and Supplier Relationship Management (SRM).
Experience developing and delivering strategies in a complex business environment.
A proven ability to build relationships at all levels and influence to drive results.
Knowledge of relevant market trends and third-party landscapes.
Excellent project management, planning and leadership skills.
