Description

The role also supports the delivery of the services engagement plan. This includes preparing and supporting communications, working alongside the Services Manager. You will need to work collaboratively with our communications, people and wider team to be the interface for Services.

Responsibilities
  • Oversee the H2H and Heathrow Volunteer Booking platform and work collaboratively with solutions on continuous improvements where necessary
  • Oversee IRT communications for IRT operational support
  • Engage on a regular basis with all business functions
  • Work with Department Leads and Line Managers
Qualifications
  • Excellent English writing and verbal communication skills
  • Excellent IT skills
  • Must be able to work under pressure
  • Strong presentation delivery skills
