Our client is seeking an experienced ServiceNow SPM Solution Architect for the implementation and further development of ServiceNow SPM (Demand, Project, Resource, Financials, Agile), as well as the harmonization and optimization of portfolio and project management processes.
Responsibilities
* Architecture and solution design for the SPM modules.
* Workshops and requirements analysis.
* Management of technical implementation and quality assurance.
* Design and coordination of interfaces.
* Consulting with business and IT stakeholders.
* Documentation, standards, and best practices.
Requirements
* Several years of experience with ServiceNow, especially SPM/ITBM.
* In-depth understanding of the platform, integrations, Flow Designer, and reporting.
* Experience in process design (Demand, PPM, Agile).
* Strong communication and architectural skills.
* Certifications such as CIS SPM/ITBM, CSA, and ITIL are desirable.
Project Details
