ServiceNow Solution/Platform Architect; Servicenow, CMDB, CSDM, ITAM, ITOM, SC cleared

Location: London or Leeds
Travel: 1-2 days per month to client
Clearance: SC Cleared
Duration: 5 months
Rate: £500/day inside IR35

We are seeking an experienced ServiceNow Solution/Platform Architect to lead a strategic data architecture engagement within one of the UK's most high-profile public sector organisations.

This role is focused on transforming the ServiceNow platform into a trusted enterprise service management capability by establishing a robust data architecture, strengthening CMDB and CSDM maturity, and enabling future platform capabilities including AI, automation, Identity and Access Management, IT Asset Management and Enterprise Service Management.

Essential:

  • Significant experience delivering enterprise-scale ServiceNow architecture
  • Proven CMDB transformation and implementation experience
  • Proven CSDM transformation and implementation experience
  • Experience designing ServiceNow data architecture
  • Experience leading consultations on ServiceNow platforms
  • Public sector or highly regulated industry experience
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills
  • Experience developing governance frameworks
  • ServiceNow Certified Technical Architect
