ServiceNow Platform Architect- HAM & CMDB

We are looking for an experienced ServiceNow Platform Architect with strong expertise in Hardware Asset Management (HAM) and Configuration Management Database (CMDB). The candidate will be responsible for designing, implementing, and optimizing ServiceNow solutions aligned with business requirements and IT service management best practices.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and implement ServiceNow platform architecture and solutions.
• Lead the configuration and optimization of Hardware Asset Management (HAM) and CMDB.
• Define CMDB data models, configuration item (CI) relationships, data quality standards, and governance processes.
• Implement hardware asset life cycle management, including procurement, tracking, maintenance, and retirement.
• Integrate ServiceNow with enterprise systems and external tools.
• Ensure platform scalability, security, performance, and adherence to best practices.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, technical teams, and ITSM teams to deliver solutions.

Required Skills

• Strong experience as a ServiceNow Platform Architect or Solution Architect.
• In-depth knowledge of ServiceNow HAM/HAM Pro and CMDB.
• Experience with CMDB data modelling, CI relationships, data reconciliation, and the Common Service Data Model (CSDM).
• Knowledge of ServiceNow ITSM processes and platform integrations.
• Experience in platform architecture, solution design, and technical governance.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.

Preferred Skills

• ServiceNow certifications such as Certified Technical Architect (CTA), Certified Application Architect (CAA), or Certified System Administrator (CSA).
• Experience with Discovery, Service Mapping, and CMDB Health.
• Knowledge of IT Asset Management (ITAM) and ITIL best practices.
