About the Project

Our client is preparing for a major HR transformation, with a brand-new HR system going live in March 2026. To ensure a seamless employee experience, they're implementing ServiceNow's HR Service Delivery module as the core ticketing and inquiry management system. Employees will access services through Employee Center and Now Mobile, making this a high-impact role at the heart of their digital journey.

Your Role

As a ServiceNow HR Technical Consultant, you'll take the lead in configuring and deploying a fully operational HR Service Delivery solution. This includes building HR Workspace, creating dynamic forms, and enabling Now Mobile functionality-ensuring the system is robust, intuitive, and ready to support thousands of employees.

What You'll Be Doing:

  • Configure and implement ServiceNow HR Service Delivery as a complete ticketing solution
  • Set up HR Workspace, forms, and mobile capabilities
  • Ensure the solution meets all functional and business requirements to support the new HR system

What We're Looking For

Professional Expertise:

  • Proven hands-on experience in:
  • Implementing HR Service Delivery
  • Configuring HR modules in Now Mobile
  • At least 5 years of ServiceNow experience
  • ServiceNow Certifications:
  • Certified Implementation Specialist - Human Resources
  • Application Developer

Personal Qualities:

  • Highly structured and methodical in your approach
  • Strong communicator and collaborator
  • Proven ability to deliver and execute in a fast-paced environment

What You Need to Know

  • Location: Norway
  • Work Setup: 5 days per week on-site
  • Start Date: 01.09.2025
  • End Date: 19.12.2025 (with potential extension)
  • Language: Fluent English (Nordic language is a plus)
  • Rate: Competitive
