Description: Strong knowledge and prior experience in ServiceNow SAM and ITOM.
Translate functional requirements into technical specifications and user stories.
Able to execute and implement the following items in scope.
Implementation scope and roadmap in SAM & ITOM:
Prio: Integration with Oracle, that the agents get the correct rights to perform the patterns to be able to pull in data.
Prio: Integrate with a Single Sign-On (SSO) provider to view software usage for all connected SSO applications.(Integrating with Microsoft Entra ID) Integration with Microsoft dynamics and power platform.
Integration with IBM/Red Hat
Strong knowledge and prior experience in ServiceNow SAM and ITOM.
