ServiceNow Developer - Hybrid/London (2 days per week) - Telco End User - Outside IR35

Role: ServiceNow Developer

Location: London/Hybrid

Rate: £550 per day Outside IR35

Opus are currently supporting a large Financial Services End User who are currently undergoing a huge ITSM, CSM & ITOM implementation.

You will be responsible for developing, configuring and customizing the platform according to business requirements. This will include design, integration & deployment of 3rd party applications.

What your day to day will look like:

• Drive the Development, configuration, and customization the ServiceNow platform
• Effectively Liaise cross-functional teams to identify key points for business requirements
• Deploy, deliver & hold code reviews and quality control checks
• Debugging and fixing technical problems
• Producing and running test cases to guarantee software quality.
• Documenting code and application functionality

What they are looking for:

• Proficiency with ServiceNow development, such as scripting, workflows, and integrations.
• Experience with ITIL foundations as well as Agile & Scrum methodologies
• End to end experience with ServiceNow ITSM, CSM & ITOM preferably
• Strong communication skills & ability to effectively liaise with multiple stakeholders & cross functional teams
