Job Title: ServiceNow BA

Contract Type: 6-Month Contract (Inside IR35)

Location: Birmingham (Hybrid)


About the Role:

Our client are hiring for an experienced Business Analyst to support the implementation of a new enterprise ticketing and workflow solution using ServiceNow.


You will join a well-established project delivery team within a global professional services organization, helping drive transformational change and optimize internal processes.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead business analysis activities for the rollout of ServiceNow, including scope definition, requirements gathering, process optimization, and change management.
  • Collaborate closely with project managers, stakeholders, and technical teams to ensure alignment between business needs and technical solutions.
  • Produce high-quality documentation, including business cases, process flows, and functional specifications.
  • Support testing phases, including user acceptance testing (UAT), and ensure traceability from requirements to business benefits.
  • Facilitate workshops, stakeholder interviews, and presentations to senior leadership.


Essential Skills & Experience:

  • Minimum 5 years' experience as a Business Analyst.
  • Proven track record with ServiceNow implementations or similar enterprise service management platforms.
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills across all levels of the business.
  • Skilled in developing clear documentation and visual process maps.
