Job Description

ServiceNow Certified Technical Architect

Duration: 12 months (initial)

Location: Hybrid - 60% onsite (North West of England, there are multiple site locations to pick from, please enquire to discuss)

Rate:(£490 inside IR35)

We are seeking a ServiceNow Certified Technical Architect (CTA) to support a major ServiceNow programme within the public sector. You will work closely with engineering, product, and delivery teams to drive best practice design and implementation across the platform.

Essential skills:

  • ServiceNow CTA certification

  • Proven experience designing & implementing ServiceNow solutions across data centres and cloud environments

  • Deep expertise in core ServiceNow modules and ITSM

  • Strong knowledge of platform security and integration best practice

  • Excellent communication and influencing skills

Nice-to-have skills:

  • Designing integration solutions with third-party apps

  • Leading technical discovery workshops

  • Producing design patterns and technical documentation

  • Supporting large-scale transformation projects
