Are you a ServiceNow expert ready to make a real impact?
We're building a new Solution Advisory Practice and looking for someone with deep technical expertise to design, implement, and optimise enterprise-scale ServiceNow solutions. You'll work with CxO-level stakeholders, influence major transformation programmes, and drive innovation across ITSM and platform services.

What You'll Do

• Lead architecture and design across ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, and other ServiceNow modules.

• Advise clients on platform strategy, governance, and roadmap development.

• Deliver scalable, high-performing solutions from concept to implementation.

• Champion automation, integration, and process optimisation.

• Collaborate with senior stakeholders to define and execute transformation strategies.

What We're Looking For

• Strong knowledge of the Now Platform and managing ServiceNow in SaaS environments.

• ServiceNow CSA (Implementation Specialist certifications desirable).

• ITIL Foundation certified with ITSM best practice expertise.

• Experience leading enterprise programmes and solving complex architectural challenges.

• Strategic, innovative, and confident building lasting senior-level relationships.
