ServiceNow Administrator - Hybrid (Cork, Ireland)
Location: Cork, Ireland (Hybrid: 3 days onsite, 2 remote)

Overview:
We're partnering with a global technology company recognized for its innovation in automation and manufacturing solutions. With a strong international presence and a European hub based in Cork, they are seeking an experienced ServiceNow Administrator to support their enterprise IT operations.
In this role, you'll help manage and evolve a robust ServiceNow environment that supports users and teams across multiple regions in a dynamic, fast-paced technology setting. 

Key Responsibilities:

• Platform Administration: Maintain the stability and performance of ServiceNow environments (production and non-production).
• Configuration & Customization: Set up applications/modules, develop scripts and workflows using JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.
• Incident & Request Management: Address platform-related incidents, problems, and change requests.
• CMDB Oversight: Manage configuration data and ensure accuracy through discovery tools or equivalent processes.
• Upgrades & Maintenance: Support timely platform upgrades, patches, and deployments.
• Documentation & Training: Create clear documentation and provide technical guidance to internal users.

• 3+ years of hands-on experience with ServiceNow
• Strong Scripting and customization skills (JavaScript, HTML, CSS)
• Solid understanding of ITSM practices and ITIL framework
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments
• ServiceNow Administrator and ITIL certifications are highly desirable
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field preferred
