Service Support Agent - IT Helpdesk for Apple/Windows

Jigsaw24 is hiring a Service Support Agent in the UK. You will act as the primary contact for Starters and Leavers, handling support on Apple, Android and Windows devices, using loan stock, booking couriers and ordering stock from the warehouse.

You will support customers via phone and email within SLA targets, onboarding new B2B customers and assisting existing ones, as part of a strong IT services team.
