The Role

We are currently looking for a Service Supervisor to join our busy Warrington office. The successful candidate will work alongside the Service Manager, splitting time between office-based duties and field activities assisting the service and call out team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage day to day coordination of Service Engineers and Field Technicians.
  • Provide technical assistance and guidance to the Service team.
  • Plan and optimise engineers' routes using MS2 app to maximise productivity and reduce travel times and fuel costs.
  • Ensure all planned visits are completed within each calendar month.
  • Review and influence engineer productivity.
  • Avoid call outs and address troublesome lifts, following up with clients and communicating proposals for resolution. Coordinate any required actions with engineers and field technicians.
  • Manage isolated lifts to minimise downtime and achieve rapid resolution.
  • Coordinate external and internal training requirements and mentor team progression.
  • Conduct maintenance audits and ensure overall H&S compliance.
  • Provide customer technical support as required, focusing on improvement and repair.
What We're Looking For
  • Demonstrable experience as a Service or Repairs Engineer, with a minimum NVQ3 qualification or equivalent experience.
  • Background in Mechanical or Electronics engineering.
  • Experience managing or coordinating a team is an advantage (training will be provided).
  • Clean UK driving licence (essential).
  • Right to work in the UK (mandatory).
