Service Scheduler & Operations Coordinator

YDU JC Air Cond & Ref Inc.- Dubai is seeking a Service Coordinator to join our Manchester-based team. The role focuses on scheduling routine service visits and remedial work for subcontractors, dispatching callouts, and managing paperwork and planning across national and local sites.

You will liaise with internal teams to ensure visits are completed, chase outstanding documentation, and provide excellent customer service via phone and email for planning and admin queries.
