Job Description

Lloyd Motor Group have a new and exciting opportunity for a Service Retention Executive to join our team based at our Lloyd BMW/MINI retailer in North Tyneside. Due to the nature of this role, we are looking for candidates with experience.

Salary: £27,000 with OTE of £30,960
Hours: 08:30 - 17:30

Role responsibilities
  • Utilise iLloyd and Dealer Management / manufacturer systems to contact customers due for service, MOT or vehicle updates, checking EVHC system for any outstanding deferred work for follow up / clear down
  • Apply understanding of the customer's needs to guide them towards the product or service that will best meet their needs
  • Promote Service Plans and Products to applicable customers and new service customers as a retention tool
  • Support the Service Manager and team to meet objectives
  • Work with colleagues to actively promote our services and identify business opportunities
