Service Operations Leader - Rebuild & Repair Centre

Finning (UK) Ltd is seeking an experienced Service Operations Manager to lead the Cannock-based Rebuild, Repair and Response operations. The role oversees the Rebuild Centre, Component Rebuild Centre, undercarriage repair and engine dynamometer testing, with accountability for safety, quality and commercial results.

You will drive efficiency, capability planning, customer satisfaction and profitability while developing a high-performing team across service controllers and engineers.
