We are seeking a motivational and forward-thinking Service Manager for Workforce Relations. A senior HR leader who will drive innovation, ensure excellence, and positively shape our organisational culture.
In this role, you will lead a skilled and committed team dedicated to workforce relations, employment policies, wellbeing, health & safety, and HR advisory services. You'll play a key part in defining strategic workforce priorities and making sure our workforce experience reflects the council's mission and values.
We want someone who is enthusiastic about handling casework, improving attendance across the organisation, and embracing opportunities to advance digital and AI solutions within Workforce Advisory.
