Service Manager, Social Care - New Supported Living Site

The Avenues Trust Group is hiring a Service Manager to lead our brand-new supported living service in King's Lynn opening in April 2026. You will oversee a 16-person team supporting people with learning and physical disabilities and autism in self-contained flats.

This role blends hands-on leadership with service development, ensuring person-centred, dignified care using PBS and Active Support, managing rotas, safeguarding, and relationships with families and local services.
