Service Manager: Learning Disabilities & Supported Living

Milestones Trust in Bristol is seeking a full-time Service Manager to oversee a number of Supported Living services across Bristol and South Gloucestershire. You will lead a team of Service Coordinators and Personal Assistants to deliver high-quality, person-centred support and empower people to achieve goals.

The role involves budget management, building relationships with local authorities and health services, and ensuring care plans, risk assessments and records are regularly reviewed.
