Job Description
Purpose 
To manage the service department effectively.
Reporting ToThe Depot Manager
Responsibilities- Checking of hire equipment (Service Red Pen Checks)
- Managing major and minor repairs to ensure highest equipment availability
- Keeping statutory training up to date
- Ensuring workshop and yard compliance
- Processing workshop staff timesheets
- Ensure regular communications with staff regarding performance targets, objectives, and the group's activities
- Cost analyst: Analyse the weekly purchase order report, to cost save and highlight overspending across the depot.
- Assisting in the recruitment of workshop fitters as required
- You'll be expected to drive improvements in team engagement and participation as well as boost productivity and retention levels
