Key Responsibilities

• Manage the day to day operations of the service department, ensuring high standards of customer service and operational efficiency
• Coordinate service schedules, engineer workloads, and resource allocation across multiple customer sites
• Lead and support service teams while monitoring performance, quality, and compliance standards
• Maintain strong relationships with customers, suppliers, and internal departments
• Oversee service documentation, reporting, and budget management to support profitable service delivery
• Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and customer satisfaction

What You'll Need

• Previous experience in a Service Manager or Service Supervisor role within refrigeration or HVAC
• Strong technical knowledge of refrigeration, air conditioning, and energy efficient systems
• Experience managing engineers, service delivery, and operational performance
• Excellent communication and customer facing skills
• Strong organisational and problem solving abilities
• Ability to work effectively under pressure within a fast paced environment
